Now more than ever …
We are excited to share the first details of the program for the European Symposium for Suicide and Suicidal Behaviour in Copenhagen.
During the First Day of the conference, Wednesday August 24th, there will a range of open workshops, symposia, and network meetings. All of these events are open for all participants and information on the different sessions can be found here on the website under the tab ’First Day Sessions.’ Many different groups have used this opportunity to set up meetings for re-connecting. We are grateful for the huge interest in setting up sessions and still have some few times available. If you would like to host a meeting, please get in touch.
All Plenary Talks have now been announced. You will find details on each of the talk under tab of ‘Plenary Speakers.’ The program for all the parallel sessions is expected to be announced during the coming weeks.
Regarding covid-19, all restrictions were discontinued in Denmark as of late March. Around 89% of the population aged 12 years and over have received 2 doses of the covid-19 vaccination and the number of infected is continuing to decline. For more information see: https://en.ssi.dk/covid-19 Although participants are welcome to wear a mask if they prefer so, mask-wearing will not be enforced at the ESSSB.
The registration is on-going and already more than 300 participants have signed up for the ESSSB. This promises to be a very successful event and we are excited to see all of you in person again!
We are looking so much forward to welcoming you to Copenhagen!
